Bheegi Palkon Par (بھیگی پلکوں پر) is an Urdu novel written by famous female Pakistani novelist Iqra Sagheer Ahmed. It features a socio romantic Urdu story reflecting different aspects of our society. The story first appeared via episodes in the Monthly Anchal digest.
The novel’s story revolves around the chronicles of a Pakistani family living with traditional social values. The main character of the story is a young and pretty girl named, Pari. Her grandmother is fond of her even though her stepmother hates her. She is always head-to-head with Tafral, and eventually, these little fights lead to falling in love.
Then follows a family drama filled with several characters and events. We learn about betrayal in family bonds, leg-pulling, and backbiting each other.
