Kasa e Dil (کاسہ دل) is a socio-romantic Urdu novel written by famed female novelist Sundas Jabeen. It explains the social problems of life. The first appeared episodically in a local weekly magazine – and later got published as a hardcover book. Recently, A TV Channel, Har Pal Geo, has adapted the story into a drama serial of the same name.
The novel’s story revolves around a girl named Sitara. She married a rich man, named Mehroz. After marriage, some problems arise between them. That complicates her life. His behavior is not good with her. He oppresses and mocks him for no reason. One day suddenly she received a call from an unknown person. Who already knows her issues and wanted to be attached to her by showing empathy. But she is the savviest girl from an honorable family and faithful to his husband. He faced most social difficulties.
