Sari Bhool Hamari Thi (ساری بھول ہماری تھی) is a family drama novel written by Urdu novelist Rahat Jabeen. Khawateem Digest published it in monthly episodes from Jan-Aug 2012. Geo Tv Network adapted the story into a TV-Serial of the same name.
The story of this novel revolves around a couple of families living under a joint family system. One of them is Areesha and her mother, and the other one is her uncle’s family. They live in two separate portions of the home.
Areesha has feelings towards her cousin Soban. Although she never spoke to him about her feelings, he somehow notices it. Areesha’s mother disapproves of her affection towards Soban. Thus, a family drama forms where all the supporting characters do their part to make the story more exciting. Other notable characters of the story are Noman, Ibrar, Mohsin, Jamal, Jamila, and Ayesha.
